We continue to improve our solutions: this week we have obtained the homologation of the certified digitalization process by the Spanish Tax Administration Agency . This means that you can now use ET Documental to store your invoices with certified scanning. Forget about storing paper invoices and the associated archiving problems.
This new feature of ET Documental, ET Certiscan, allows:
- Scan invoices and receipts using any standard scanner (and in the next update, from a photo from your cell phone).
- Automatically generate a certified digital document, in PDF format, which will be stored in the ET Documental cloud.
- This document and all its contents will be electronically signed under the ET Certiscan seal, which means that it cannot be manipulated or altered in any way and, therefore, has the same validity as its paper original.
- The resulting digitalized invoice is approved by the Spanish Tax Administration Agency, so you will be able to destroy its paper version.
Certified digitalization software approved by the Spanish Tax Administration Agency
Only invoices digitized through a software approved by the Spanish Tax Administration Agency allow to dispense with their paper versions. For this reason, in Edorteam we were committed to homologate our software to offer this new service to our customers.
After passing the approval process, the Spanish Tax Administration Agency resolved, on September 28, 2022, that the new Edorteam application meets all the requirements of the Resolution of October 24, 2007, on the procedure for the approval of digitization software referred to in Article 7 of Order EHA/ 962/2007 of April 10, 2007, as well as those contained in the aforementioned article.
In addition, ET Documental can be subsidized through the Next Generation European Funds, so, if you are eligible for these grants, you could implement certified invoice digitalization at no cost to your business.
