un pla d&#8217;igualtat registrat. Ha d&#8217;incloure, com a m\u00ednim: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagn\u00f2stic de situaci\u00f3 (composici\u00f3 de plantilla, bretxa salarial, promoci\u00f3, conciliaci\u00f3, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Objectius i mesures concretes.<\/li>\n<li>Calendari d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Sistema de seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQuins_son_els_passos_per_elaborar_un_pla_digualtat\"><\/span>\u00bfQuins s\u00f3n els passos per elaborar un pla d&#8217;igualtat?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Constituir la comissi\u00f3 negociadora. Ha d&#8217;estar composta per l&#8217;empresa i la representaci\u00f3 legal dels treballadors. <\/li>\n<li>Realitzar el diagn\u00f2stic de situaci\u00f3. Inclou an\u00e0lisi quantitativa i qualitativa de la plantilla. <\/li>\n<li>Dissenyar el pla. Establir objectius, mesures i responsables. <\/li>\n<li>Implantar les mesures.
